海外通販【Chain Reaction Cycles.com】へ返品交換 ~再びw~

先日検品して、梱包されているものに間違いはなったんですが、

商品梱包を開けて縫製をチェックしていると・・・

また、破れ発見!ガ━━(;゚Д゚)━━ン!!

Cannondale恐るべし・・・ε-(;ーωー)フゥ…

 

という訳で、またも返品作業に入ります(苦笑)

あと、ひめのカジュアルパンツもサイズが大きすぎたのでそいつの交換も同時に行います!

 

で、早速【Chain Reaction Cycles.com】へメール送信!

今回送ったメールを参考までに掲載します。

Dear Customer Service Officer,

Chain Reaction Cycles

Order number is #*******

The items I ordered were delivered to my address on Feb. 24.

However I would like to return two items; item number 56146 and item

number 87978.  

For the following reasons

1) Cannondale Grind Baggy Shorts 7M270 Summer 2007 L 34" - 36" Black

ID: 56146 is not usable because of open seam.

(Please find the attached file with the name of 56146.PDF.)

2) Loeka DH Short - Capri Length Medium (UK 12) - Midnight Black/Pink

ID: 87978 is too big for me.

I would like to replace these products in my order with the following

ones:

1) Cannondale Nebula Baggy Shorts 9M290 2009 XL Black

ID: 121771

2) Loeka DH Short - Capri Length Small (UK 10) - Midnight Black/Blue

ID: 87972

This is the case the item is defective.  So in this case I understand

the postal charge should be covered by your side.

Please let me know how to do this.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your suggested faulty product(s). Please be

reassured,

we will do our utmost to get the situation resolved for you as soon as

possible. If we can get the situation resolved upon receipt, we will

endeavor to do so.

 

Our warranty procedure:

 

Chain Reaction Cycles cannot make any evaluation over the phone or email

about the product(s) until they have been received.

 

When the product(s) are received, they will be evaluated accordingly

(This

may involve sending the product(s) back to the manufacturer, depending

on

the nature of the situation. If this is the case then the warranty

procedure

will take longer).

 

Upon confirmation of the evaluation, we will process the warranty claim

appropriately.

 

We are unable to quote exactly the timescale in which a specific

evaluation

will take, due to different situations & workload. Most, but not all

turnaround times are 7-10 working days.

 

We will always ensure the most suitable outcome for you the customer,

based

on the above.

 

Sending the product(s) back:

Get the product back to us via "Standard Post Office Mail" (for lighter

packages under 2KG approximately) or "Standard Post Office Parcels"(for

heavier packages over 2KG approximately). We can only refund this postal

cost if the product was faulty within our 30 days return period.

 

Remember to take a note of your postal reference (if you choose to

record

your delivery) as this may aid in locating the whereabouts of your

package

at a later date.

Please note: Due to heath & Safety regulations, it is necessary for any

items being returned to be completely clean and fit for examination,

this

applies to any item returned to us. Failure to comply will result in the

items being returned to you without inspection.

 

It is mandatory to include a copy of the:

1:  Initial invoice

2:  Covering letter/returns form explaining the suggested fault(s) and

history in detail, (We cannot process a warranty claim that simply

states

'Faulty', 'Broken' etc.)

 

Accurately supplying the above will aid your warranty claim.

With regards the product which is too big if you can return it in its

original packaging as we will wish to resell it. If you could indicate

on

the faulty product where the rip has occurred that would be great and if

you

could fill out two separate returns forms one for each it would speed up

the

process.

概要はというと、

返品された商品を確認してから処理します。

初期不良品の状態の詳細をサイトにあるフォームをプリントアウトして記入し、

INVOICEと共に同梱して送って下さい。

交換品については、再販売するので開梱時のパッケージやタグを保存した状態で送って欲しい。

あと、初期不良用のフォームと交換用のフォームを分けて記入してもらえると、

到着後の処理が早く済むのでやって欲しい。

とのこと。

前回と微妙に対応が違いますが、担当者が違うからかなぁと思います(笑)
